Everything is clean and great. Staff is perfect. Special thanks to Hassan from cleaning staff and to Eslam from the gym. Staff from the restaurant is also exceptional. Food is very good, I was able to find everything I needed. My room was spacious and light, exactly as I requested.

The staff was extra helpful and friendly..We were offered an upgrade to a “private pool + jacuzzi” suit plus so many privileges because we were on our honeymoon trip.They were also flexible with the check in and check out hours.Also, we were offered a free pick up and drop off to the airport which saved us the hassle of transportation. I strongly recommend the resort to newly weds and couples.

the staff reads every wish of your eyes. thank you (Ibrahim, Hotel manager, Ali, and so many more). warm-hearted people. feedback is everything: they will go out of their way to accomodate you. beautiful beach, beautiful water. great service - everywhere! (also at the beach)! beautiful nice live music to open "snack time":) the food at the buffet is amazing. all the restaurants (except the italian, you can't blame them) were very good.

This is our fourth time to stay at Kaisol romance resort and it was amazing and so comfortable. The staff are professional and so friendly, specially Mr. Ibrahim at the reception who always makes sure that our stay every year is exceptionally excellent. Fast and smooth check in and a lovely surprise at the checkout with beautiful lunchboxes. That was very nice. Thank you Mr. Ibrahim and the chefs. All restaurant staff are amazing specially Naglaa who bakes fresh bread every morning in the restaurant. She is so friendly. Also, we are very grateful for Amr at the beach bar who is very professional and makes so delicious cocktails. Overall, we had an excellent time and we can't wait for the next time. Thank you all.
